At BestAdda.com, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you may still initiate a return request after delivery (subject to our Return Policy).

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch.
  • If you refuse to accept a COD order upon delivery, your account may be flagged, and future COD orders may be restricted.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Green Stone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel an order under circumstances such as:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued.
  • Pricing or listing errors.
  • Issues with payment or incomplete information provided by the customer.
    In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: No charges will apply if cancelled before dispatch.
