At BestAdda.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the product under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice.
  • The product should not be damaged or altered by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (groceries, food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care and hygiene products (cosmetics, innerwear, health items).
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and digital/downloadable products.
  • Items purchased under final sale or clearance.

4. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, log in to your account at bestadda.com and place a return request, or contact our customer support.
  2. Our team will review your request and arrange for product pickup or guide you on self-shipping.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the return.

5. Refund or Replacement

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund (as per our Refund Policy) or a replacement/exchange of the same product (subject to availability).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or must be borne by the customer.
