1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only on products that are eligible for return as per our Return & Cancellation Policy.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
  • Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized orders are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or wallet, as provided during the return request.

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under certain conditions, such as:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late return requests beyond the eligible return window.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Downloadable software, digital products, or e-books.
  • Items purchased under clearance, “final sale,” or “non-returnable” categories.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).
